Organize your work by client and project, with individual tasks, hourly rates, daily goals and optional deadlines. Import clients from Contacts and tasks straight from your calendar.
PDF & CSV invoices
Turn tracked time into a finished invoice in one click – with your sender details, VAT, invoice numbers, your client’s VAT ID, a note, A4 crop marks and an optional terms PDF appended.
A cockpit for your cash flow

Good to know
Is Klip a subscription?
No. Klip Pro is a one-time purchase of €19.99. There are no recurring costs – all future updates included.
Where is my data stored?
On your device. There is no Klip server. iCloud sync runs through your personal iCloud account (private CloudKit database) and can be switched off in settings.
What can the free version do?
Unlimited time tracking, 1 client, 3 active projects, invoice preview, viewing the cockpit, budgets and reports, all-time CSV export, iCloud sync and manual backup. Editing, unlimited projects, PDF invoices, expenses and automatic backups require Klip Pro.
Does Klip sync between iPhone, iPad and Mac?
Yes. Klip syncs through your own iCloud account. It is on by default and can be turned off under “iCloud sync” in settings; restart the app once after switching.
Can I hand my invoices to my accounting software?
Yes, with Klip Pro. Supported are GrandTotal (locally via the clipboard) plus sevdesk, Lexware Office, Billomat and FreshBooks through their APIs. Credentials live in your device keychain and nothing is transmitted without your explicit consent.
How does the receipt scan work?
Attach a PDF to an expense. Klip reads the text on device and suggests amount, date and merchant – all editable. No receipt is ever sent to a server.
Can I bill in another currency?
Yes. Settings let you pick from around 40 currencies, including a “no currency” option. The app language (German or English) can be set there too, independently of your system language.
Can I store backups on Google Drive or Dropbox?
Yes. With Klip Pro you pick a destination folder via the Files dialog. Since iCloud Drive, Google Drive and Dropbox appear there as providers, you can back up automatically into any of them.
Which devices does Klip run on?
Klip is a native app for iPhone, iPad and Mac and requires iOS 26, iPadOS 26 or macOS 26.
